TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

These are the Terms and Conditions of Hire of Brilliant Bouncy Fun. Please read these carefully and sign at the bottom to signify that you accept them. The company accept no responsibility for any damage or injury whilst our equipment is under hire to you. Please ensure the delivery driver has free and easy access to erect the inflatable onto a clean area, Please be advised that if we arrive and there is insufficient space or the area is unsuitable, (e.g. sloping or unclean) full payment still has to be made. Brilliant Bouncy Fun reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time.

Booking deposits as mentioned in point (3) below are non refundable. If the cancellation is less than 3 days before your delivery date this is deemed as late cancellation and therefore you will lose your booking deposit or monies held and may be liable for full booking payment. Cancellation due to the set up area being unsuitable or inadequate space are also deemed as a late cancellation and you will lose your booking deposit and be liable for full booking payment. Please call or message the team to inform us of your changed booking date and we will allocate your booking deposit to your new booking. Cancellations need to be done in writing via text or email.

  1. Single day hire is delivery in the morning and pick up in the evening on the same day. 2 day hire is set up on a morning and picked up the following evening.
  2. Bouncy Castles are strictly for children under 11 (Unless advertised otherwise). Any child taller than the inside wall is not permitted to use. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should ADULTS ENTER ONTO the inflatable as this may result in damage to the unit. Any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer named on the agreement.
  3. Strictly cash on delivery, or pre payment on booking, deposits are non-refundable. In extreme weather conditions we do allow deposit to be transferable to another date dated within 14 days of the cancellation.
  4. On the day of hire you will be asked to show proof of I.D and a letter as proof of address.
  5. We hire Outdoors on grass or indoors hard surface (Venue). If your garden has a pathway that may come into contact with the inflatable you must send a picture of the garden. We do not cover outdoor HARD SURFACE such as tarmac, pebble, slab or concrete or public areas.
  6. No signs are to be glued, taped or hung onto the unit.
  7. You “the Hirer” are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire and you are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance covering the use of the inflatable whilst it is on hire to you.
  8. You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the inflatable is in use. The unit cannot be left unattended, and if hired out overnight, the hirer is reasonable to sure the garden is secure. When not in use, the unit is to be covered with the additional cover supplied by us.
  9. Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge.
  10. All units are checked on delivery and you are signing below indicates acceptance of the inflatable as being in good, clean condition.
  11. Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the inflatable and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver, unless quoting the code given on your delivery card.
  12. The safe amount of children on an inflatable at any one is as follows: 15’x15’ = 8 max, 12’x14’ = 6 max, 11’x15’ = 6 max, 14’x8’ ball pond = 5 max, 16’x14’ = 6 max and 19’x19’ slide = 4 max.
  13. The inflatable(s) must be secured to the ground at all times.
  14. The equipment must not be moved or re-positioned.
  15. No food or drinks are to be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid choking and mess).
  16. All shoes, badges and jewellery (e.g. large earrings, necklaces, etc.) must be removed to avoid damage to the equipment and injury to other users.
  17. It is recommended that spectacles and plastic head bands are also removed.
  18. Adults must remove high-heeled shoes before stepping on mats.
  19. Ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded and limit the numbers depending on the age and size of children using it according to the recommendations printed on the equipment (on or near the front step of most inflatables).
  20. Do not allow children to take any hard or sharp objects onto the equipment, or anything large enough to block exits/entrances.
  21. Do not allow children to take balloons onto the equipment.
  22. No party-poppers, confetti, glitter, henna, face paint, coloured streamers or “silly string” can be used near or on the equipment, as these may permanently stain the unit, for which you are liable.
  23. Strictly no sand on the inflatables. Please ensure sand pits are covered on the day of hire.
  24. If equipment is deliberately soaked you will be charged double your hire fee to cover our costs in subsequent cancelled bookings and drying time.
  25. No smoking, barbecues, glass or animals on or near the equipment.
  26. Reckless or boisterous behaviour must not be allowed.
  27. Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.
  28. Children must use slides one at a time and must not climb on the sides of the slide.
  29. Slides should be used in a sitting position, feet first – do not allow jumping from the top of the slide.
  30. Ensure that mats supplied with the equipment remain where they were positioned during installation.
  31. No-one with a history of back or neck problems should be allowed on the inflatable(s).
  32. In the event of rain please remove children from the inflatable(s) and place a table or similar object over the blower(s) to prevent water from being blown inside the inflatable(s).
  33. Do not switch the blower(s) off. Once the rain has stopped, please ensure that the entrance and exit to the inflatable(s) are dried with a towel before children are allowed back on as they become slippery when wet.
  34. Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
  35. Should a blower overheat or lose power, immediately remove children from the inflatable and switch the blower off at the mains.
  36. We must be advised as soon as possible in the event of any injury requiring professional medical treatment. Treatment must be sought within 2 hours of the injury occurring and a detailed record of the incident and treatment must be provided to us.
  37. You must call us immediately upon any equipment failure. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us immediately.

We are pleased to be supplying you with one of our inflatables. Please find your copy of the inflatable hire agreement on our website and on the forwarding email we sent when confirming your booking. Please sign the original personalised copy at the time of your hire, this document will be retained by ourselves. If you wish to cancel your hire because you do not agree with any of our terms, inform us immediately and we will cancel your booking.

By signing, I agree that I am entering into a binding contract confirming that I am responsible for any loss, damage or injury and that I abide by the above conditions and understand that this contract specifies that no-one over the age of 11 will use the unit (except for adult castle). I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and agree to hire the equipment from Brilliant Bouncy Fun subject to those terms and conditions.
