Who will set up the inflatable?
On the day of delivery your delivery driver will locate the safest place for your inflatable to be located and position appropriately.
Do I need to provide a power supply?
Yes all inflatables need a power supply we provide the 25 meter extension cables so that it does not necessarily mean it has to be close to where the inflatable is to be positioned.
What will happen on my booking day?
On the day your booking we will deliver and set up the inflatable in the safest position/ place. Once set up we will ensure the inflatable is clean and has no damage, we will then ask you to look around the inflatable to to make sure you are completely happy with the set up and the condition of the inflatable, We do take pictures of every hire for insurance and advertising purposes, we will then give you a set of terms and conditions for you to sign. A copy of these terms are found on the booking page you signed when making the booking and also on the Terms page.
We will inform you of the safety rules and you will be given a card with the Rules of play, Once we leave the asset it is then in your control for the day so please ensure you are observing children at all times. however if you do have any issues do not hesitate to call the team asap on 07849050147.
What is the cancellation Procedure?
Booking deposits as mentioned in point (3) below are non refundable but can be transferred to another date dated 60 days from the original cancelled booking date, if the cancellation is less than 3 days before your delivery date this is deemed as late cancellation and therefore you will lose your booking deposit or monies held. Cancellation due to the set up area being unsuitable or inadequate space are also deemed as a late cancellation and you will lose your booking deposit and monies held. Please call or message the team to inform us of your changed booking date and we will allocate your booking deposit to your new booking. Cancellations need to be done in writing via text or email.
Who is in charge of the inflatable once set up?
Once we set up and sign over all relevant documents you the hirer are in control of the asset, and the peoples safety using it.
How do I disconnect the inflatable?
If you need to disconnect the inflatable for what ever reason turn off the socket and the asset will deflate on its own, please make sure that nobody is still on the asset when you do this.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?
All of our inflatables are fitted with rain covers, and all electrical equipment is 100% waterproof so in the case of rain we are still able to hire however we know this may be a inconvenience for you so in the case of bad weather we can postpone your event until a more suitable date. We do always give you the option however if you do need to cancel it must be within the 3 days prior to your booking so we do ask you to keep a check on the MET Office for clarification.
What if the weather changes whilst set up?
If you do experience light rain most of our inflatables have built in rain covers and waterproof leads so it shouldn't ruin your play. We advise to use towels to dry the inflatable. All of our inflatables are constant air flow Bouncy Castles so in rain you may see bubbles appear at the seems this as with all air flow bouncy castles is completely normal. PLEASE KEEP INFLATABLES TURNED ON IN HEAVY RAIN.
Are inflatables only for children?
No we do have adult castles for the older children/ adults. All castles displayed on our website have a guide on who is best suited for them. The adult castles are built and reinforced for the heavier person, if you are planning to have a big party of children then you could perhaps decide to hire the adult castle has it can handle bigger loads.
How many children are aloud on the inflatable at a time?
This depends on the size of the unit but we will always inform you on safe amount of children to be using the unit.
Do I need to pay a deposit on an inflatable?
Yes, all bookings require a deposit. Bookings under the value of £90 require a £10 deposit Bookings over this value require a £30 Deposit.
How much notice do I need to make a booking?
We take booking for months in advance and always contact our customers a week before to ensure the booking is still needed, if you have been let down by a provider or need a late notice inflatable contact us and we will try our best to help out.
What are the delivery/ collection times?
Our delivery/ collection times are stated on our website under each booking, after booking with us you will also receive an email to confirm this, delivery/ collection times are only a estimate however if you do need a better estimate time you can give us a call on the day and we will be able to give you a better idea.
What happens if I need the asset delivered to a venue?
That is not a problem, we can arrange delivery/collection times around your party.
How safe are the inflatables?
All of our inflatables are made to the highest commercial grade quality, you and your guests safety if our main priority, all equipment is tried and tested. On delivery a trained person have to sign a safety check-list to ensure that everything has been properly installed.
