Safety and Insurance

When booking with us we can ensure you that not only will we arrive to on time but also all of our Inflatables and Soft play are regularly cleaned, annually tested and fully insured.

On arrival a member of staff will risk asses the area and find out the best place for the asset to be situated. We then will anchor the asset down securely and use a tick sheet assessment to ensure we are meeting all our safety requirements, when this is complete and you are happy with how we have set up you will then read through the terms and conditions of hire which covers all aspects of safety and your obligation for use on any our hire equipment once all read a signature is then needed to declare you agree with our terms and conditions. Before we leave to let you enjoy your hire we also take a photo of every set up for our own and our insurance purposes.

We are fully insured at any venue for both indoor and outdoor However we do not have the ability to anchor down a castle on hard surfaces OUTDOORS so on these circumstances we will refuse hire. Indoor venue hire is perfectly fine as we will secure the caste down with sandbags.

Our 5* Insurance

We are currently insured with Ark Insurance which covers us, our assets and most importantly it has public liability insurance up to the value of 5 million pounds.

We do carry these documents with us on the delivery vans for anyone who wants to see them.

We do not send any of our Insurance documentation electronically to customers if a venue need to see them for the use of the premises we can either take them to the venue ourselves before hire (May include a small fuel charge) or we can bring them along on the day.
